About
Lluvia Consulting
Lluvia means rain. Rain nourishes, clears the path, and brings relief after a long drought. That's exactly what founder Niurka Lluveras-Hernandez set out to build for nonprofits: relief from operational chaos, and the systems and capacity to actually grow. Before founding Lluvia, Niurka led finance, operations, and organizational infrastructure for multiple national nonprofits focused on public health, work that showed her firsthand how much mission gets lost to admin when the right support isn't in place. Lluvia Consulting was built to change that, one organization at a time.
MISSION STATEMENT
We help nonprofits navigate complexity and unlock sustainable growth through strategic insight, partnership, and actionable solutions.

Niurka Lluveras-Hernandez
Founder & CEO | MBA, MHA
Niurka Lluveras-Hernandez is the founder and CEO of Lluvia Consulting. She spent years leading finance, operations, and organizational infrastructure for multiple national nonprofits focused on public health, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and cross-functional systems while partnering closely with executive leadership and the board. She also serves on the board of a regional community advocacy nonprofit, where she led development of the organization's founding charter and helped guide it from a grassroots collective to a fully governed nonprofit. Niurka founded Lluvia to bring that same operational clarity to mission driven organizations everywhere.
